  • Once an order has been placed, we require 1–3 working days to process it. During the week, processing usually takes around one working day. Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take slightly longer.

  • Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. Delivery takes an average of 8–12 working days.

Placing an order

The ordering process at Shop Name is designed to be as simple as possible.

First, go to the product page and add the product you would like to purchase to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button.

Please make sure that you have selected the correct product variant, such as the correct size or colour.

If everything is correct, click “Proceed to checkout.”

On the information page, enter your correct shipping and contact details.

Please make sure that all information has been entered correctly before continuing.

Once your details have been completed, click “Continue to shipping.”

On the shipping page, you will have another opportunity to review the address details you have entered.

All of our orders are shipped completely free of charge.

As a token of our appreciation to our customers, we cover all standard shipping and delivery costs.

You can then continue by clicking “Proceed to payment.”

During checkout, you can choose from several payment methods.
