10) ONLINE MARKETING
10.1 DoubleClick by Google
This website uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google, operated by:
Google LLC
1600 Amphitheatre Parkway
Mountain View, CA 94043
USA
DoubleClick uses cookies to display advertisements that are relevant to users, improve campaign performance reports or prevent a user from seeing the same advertisements multiple times.
Using a cookie ID, Google records which advertisements are displayed in which browser and can therefore prevent them from being displayed multiple times.
Processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in optimally marketing our website in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Furthermore, DoubleClick can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions relating to advertising requests.
For example, this is the case when a user sees a DoubleClick advertisement and later visits the advertiser's website using the same browser and makes a purchase there.
According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain personal information.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google's server.
We have no influence on the extent and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our current level of knowledge.
By integrating DoubleClick, Google receives information that you have accessed the relevant section of our website or clicked on one of our advertisements.
If you are registered with a Google service, Google may associate the visit with your account.
Even if you are not registered with Google or are not logged in, it is possible that the provider may obtain and store your IP address.
If you wish to object to participating in this tracking process, you can disable conversion tracking cookies by configuring your browser to block cookies from the domain:
You can also change settings at:
https://www.google.de/settings/ads
Alternatively, you can obtain information about cookies and configure settings through the Digital Advertising Alliance at:
Finally, you can configure your browser so that you are informed when cookies are set and can decide individually whether to accept them or exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain cases or in general.
If cookies are not accepted, the functionality of our website may be restricted.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the US-European “Privacy Shield” data protection agreement, which ensures compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.

10.2 Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
This website uses the online advertising programme “Google AdWords” and, as part of Google AdWords, conversion tracking provided by:
Google LLC
1600 Amphitheatre Parkway
Mountain View, CA 94043
USA
We use Google AdWords to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising materials known as Google AdWords.
By comparing this with advertising campaign data, we can determine how successful individual advertising measures are.
Our aim is to show you advertising that is of interest to you, make our website more interesting for you and achieve fair calculation of advertising costs.
The conversion tracking cookie is placed when a user clicks on an AdWords advertisement placed by Google.
Cookies are small text files stored on your computer system.
These cookies generally expire after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users.
If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that the user clicked on the advertisement and was redirected to that page.
Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies therefore cannot be tracked across the websites of different AdWords customers.
The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking.
Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their advertisement and were redirected to a page containing a conversion tracking tag.
However, they do not receive information that can personally identify users.
If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can block this use by disabling the Google Conversion Tracking cookie through your Internet browser's user settings.
You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
We use Google AdWords on the basis of our legitimate interest in targeted advertising in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the US-European “Privacy Shield” data protection agreement, which ensures compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.
Further information about Google's privacy policy can be found at:
https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/
You can permanently disable cookies for advertising preferences by preventing them through a corresponding setting in your browser software or by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at:
https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin?hl=de
Please note that certain functions of this website may not be available or may only be available to a limited extent if you disable the use of cookies.
11) WEB ANALYTICS SERVICES
Google Universal Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by:
Google LLC
1600 Amphitheatre Parkway
Mountain View, CA 94043
USA
Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, which are text files stored on your computer and which enable analysis of your use of the website.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website, including the shortened IP address, is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
This website uses Google Analytics exclusively with the “_anonymizeIp()” extension, which ensures anonymisation of the IP address by shortening it and excludes direct personal identification.
Through this extension, your IP address is shortened by Google beforehand within Member States of the European Union or other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
In these exceptional cases, processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in statistically analysing user behaviour for optimisation and marketing purposes.
On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activities and provide us with other services relating to website and internet use.
The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be combined with other Google data.
You can prevent cookies from being stored by configuring your browser software accordingly.
However, please note that in this case you may not be able to fully use all functions of this website.
You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website, including your IP address, and prevent Google from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at:
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
As an alternative to the browser plugin or when using browsers on mobile devices, you can click the relevant link to set an opt-out cookie that prevents Google Analytics from collecting data on this website in the future.
This opt-out cookie only works in this browser and for this domain. If you delete your cookies in this browser, you must click the link again.
Disable Google Analytics
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the US-European “Privacy Shield” data protection agreement, which ensures compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.
This website also uses Google Analytics for cross-device analysis of visitor flows carried out using a user ID.
When a page is accessed for the first time, the user is assigned a unique, permanent and anonymised ID that is applied across devices.
This makes it possible to assign interaction data from different devices and different sessions to a single user.
The user ID does not contain personal data and does not transmit such data to Google.
You can object to data collection and storage via the user ID at any time with effect for the future.
To do this, you must disable Google Analytics on all systems you use, for example in another browser or on your mobile device.
You can disable it using a Google browser plugin:
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
Alternatively, when using browsers on mobile devices, you can set an opt-out cookie that prevents Google Analytics from collecting information on this website in the future.
This opt-out cookie only works in this browser and for this domain. If you delete cookies in this browser, you will need to set it again.
Further information about Universal Analytics can be found here:

If express consent has been given, this allows users' behaviour to be tracked after they have viewed or clicked on a Facebook advertisement.
This process is used to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes and may help optimise future advertising measures.
The data collected is anonymous to us, meaning that it does not allow us to draw conclusions about the identity of users.
However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook, meaning that it may be linked to the respective user profile.
Facebook may use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Facebook's data usage policy:
https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/
You may allow Facebook and its partners to display advertisements on and outside Facebook.
A cookie may also be stored on your computer for these purposes.
These processing operations take place exclusively where express consent has been given in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Consent to the use of the Facebook Pixel may only be given by users who are over 13 years of age.
If you are younger, please ask your parent or legal guardian for permission.
Facebook Inc., based in the USA, is certified under the US-European “Privacy Shield” data protection agreement, which ensures compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.
To disable the use of cookies on your computer, you can configure your Internet browser so that no cookies can be stored on your computer in the future or so that cookies already stored are deleted.
However, disabling all cookies may result in some functions on our websites no longer working.

Additional data processing only takes place if you have agreed with Google that your internet and app browsing history may be linked to your Google account and that information from your Google account may be used to personalise advertisements you view on the internet.

For this purpose, Google temporarily links your personal data with Google Analytics data to create target groups.
You can permanently disable the placement of cookies for advertising preferences by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at:

Alternatively, you can obtain information about setting cookies and configure your preferences through the Digital Advertising Alliance at:
